About the shop
These terms cover online purchases from PJ’s Surf Shop, Llangennith, Gower, Swansea SA3 1HU, United Kingdom. Email james@pjsurfshop.com or text 07842325122 for help.
Ordering and payment
Check your items, size, delivery details and total before paying. Prices are in pounds sterling, including applicable taxes. Delivery charges and available payment methods are shown at checkout. We email an order confirmation. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any payment for that item.
Products
Read each listing for sizes, specifications, condition and included accessories. Screen colours may vary. Pre-loved items have their condition described individually. Discounts apply only where their stated conditions are met.
Delivery and collection
We aim to dispatch the same day for orders placed before 5pm UK time and dispatch daily. Estimated delivery is 2–4 days using Royal Mail Tracked 24, Tracked 48 or Parcelforce, depending on the parcel. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. For Click & Collect, wait for a ready-to-collect confirmation.
Returns and problems
For most online goods, tell us within 14 days of receiving them if you wish to cancel, then return them within a further 14 days. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the buyer. Size exchanges can be arranged, subject to availability; we do not offer colour exchanges. This does not remove your cancellation rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods retain their statutory remedies. Personalised goods may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation. See our Delivery & Returns policy for full cancellation, refund and postage details. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Cancellation message
To cancel, email us with: “I wish to cancel my order for [items], ordered on [date], received on [date]. My name is [name], my address is [address], and my order number is [number].” You may use this wording or another clear statement.
